APPOINTMENTS:
- IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL appointments are available and can be changed up to the scheduled time.
- Simply select the appointment type below to begin scheduling.
- Follow the prompts to create a fully encrypted account with username and passcode of your choice.
- Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email/text that includes a link for TeleHealth.
COVID UPDATE:
Masks are currently NOT required in the waiting area or counseling space. An overflow room is available with additional seating if needed.
UPON ARRIVAL, IF YOU’RE UNABLE TO ANSWER ‘NO’ TO THE FOLLOWING, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO CONDUCT YOUR SESSION VIRTUALLY OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
- Have you or anyone in your household tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 5 days?
- Have you or anyone in your household cared for an individual who is presumptive positive or tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 5 days?
To change from IN-PERSON to VIRTUAL or vice versa, simply text your choice to (678) 858-2033 prior to your appointment time.
VIRTUAL appointments are conducted via TeleHealth or preferred platform of your choice. Please text your preference prior to your appointment time.
PLEASE NOTE:
A credit card is required to schedule an appointment and is securely saved on file for the duration of services. Your account is fully encrypted with username and passcode of your choice. If you, and/or your minor, are unable to keep your appointment, cancellations can be made at no charge with 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a service fee. Your card will not be charged unless you indicate that is your method of payment or a missed visit occurs.
